Yes, there are several industries Noble Niche does not work with due to not being experienced enough in those areas. These industries include healthcare, real estate, mature technology sectors, non-profits, and academia. We do not provide services in South-East Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Africa, and the UK due to not being experienced enough to uphold Noble Niche’s strict core principles. We understand our geographic and industry niches and want to always ensure a successful outcome for all parties.
For the industries we service, our experience runs deep. In addition to having actually worked in the sectors we focus on, we have placed over 5000 candidates in the past 15 years into senior roles in Operations, Commercial, Finance, Technology, Risk, Human Resources, and Production.
We are as flexible as you need us to be. Our approach consists of getting to know your Company & the roles you need to fill and using that information to tailor our search accordingly. Our mission is to ensure an authentic experience, meaning we will always guide our clients with honesty, integrity, suggestions for an enhanced interview experience and much more.
We are known for quality and efficiency. Finding qualified candidates takes about three to four weeks on average. We have resources on hand for immediate, temporary placements if needed. The total amount of time until a senior leader is placed depends on external factors, such as clients & candidates response time in addition to your internal interview process.
After the execution of our agreement, we get busy immediately by leading an extended in-take call (or visit) to truly understand who you are as a Company and what will work best for you in terms of candidate characteristics. We will provide you with weekly status update calls (or emails if preferred by you), full transparency around the status of the search as well as feedback we ask for to modify any areas you see fit.
We offer strategic Human Resources department effectiveness assessments in addition to start-up Human Resources departments first-time built. We advise start-ups on the key roles they need to be able to scale their business. We also offer executive team building after you have placed someone though us. In addition, Noble Niche is ready to assist you with strategic and timely placements as you enter new geographic areas.
Yes, having first-hand C-suite and Board experience, we understand how critical confidentiality truly is. It is so important that we have several clauses in our contracts protecting your interest as well as the candidates. We expect nothing less from our candidates, partners and clients and frequently utilize NDAs to ensure the highest level of confidentiality.
Yes, we do not work with clients who display an unprofessional demeanor and/or attitude or have unrealistic expectations. If we come across clients who do not fit the core principles of our firm, we will politely decline. The same goes for our candidates.
Yes, we only work with Director levels and above. We currently do not provide search services for any roles below Director level. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for a referral to an agency that focuses on lower-level roles.
Understanding what skills and characteristics have and have not worked for you in the past is hugely helpful. If this is your first search firm experience, don’t worry, we are here to help you dissect what matters and cut through the noise to get to the core of what you need vs what you don’t. Transparency into what your Company culture truly looks like is equally helpful in addition to your overall time commitment to this experience.

No, Noble Niche Executive Recruitment will never charge you. Stay away from any agency that forces you as the candidate to submit any type of payment to them.
